Measurements:

Batter

  • 1/2 cup softened butter

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup buttermilk

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

Topping

  • 1/4 cup softened butter

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour

Step By Step

  • Step 1

    • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Step 2

    • Mix butter and sugars.

  • Step 3

    • Add egg

  • Step 4

    • Once your butter and sugar are creamed together, mix in sour cream, buttermilk and vanilla.

  • Step 5

    • In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbsp flour with your blueberries.

  • Step 6

    • Add in your dry ingredients and then your blueberries.

  • Step 7

    • Lastly spray your pan and add cupcake liners. Add about 1/3 cup scoop of your batter to the cupcake liner.

  • Step 8

    • Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then switch oven to 375 for 15-20 minutes.

  • Step 9

    • store at room temperature for 12 days or in fridge for 14!
