Best Fluffy Blueberry Muffins
Measurements:
Batter
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp baking powder
2 cups All-purpose flour
2 cups frozen blueberries
Topping
1/4 cup softened butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup all purpose flour
Step By Step

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix butter and sugars.

Add egg

Once your butter and sugar are creamed together, mix in sour cream, buttermilk and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbsp flour with your blueberries.

Add in your dry ingredients and then your blueberries.

Lastly spray your pan and add cupcake liners. Add about 1/3 cup scoop of your batter to the cupcake liner.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then switch oven to 375 for 15-20 minutes.
