The Best Iced Caramel Latte
Iced Caramel Latte Recipe
(no granulated sugar added)

Latte
double-shot of espresso with honey
1/2 cup milk (whole, almond, oat, etc)
2 tbsp creamer (brown-sugar creamer by Natural Bliss is a game-changer!)
1 cup ice (or 2/3 cup crushed/smaller ice cubes)
1-2 tbsp caramel drizzle (on top and side of cup)
Double-Shot of Espresso
(with Espresso-Machine)
16 grams coffee beans (double-shot)
1 tbsp honey
(without Espresso-Machine)
instant espresso (amount depends on packaging’s instructions)
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp honey
The Casabrew is my go-to espresso machine because it is cheap (compared to others) and small, so it fits in every crevice of your kitchen!
I also have the Ultima Cosa espresso machine from Walmart (shown in this picture). Though the wand is not as strong as the Casabrew and it is a bit larger due to the built-in grinder.

120 grams milk (whole, almond, oat, etc)

200 grams ice (or 200 grams crushed/smaller ice cubes)
20 grams caramel syrup (on top and side of cup)

20 grams honey
(without Espresso-Machine)
instant espresso (amount depends on packaging’s instructions)
60 grams water
20 grams honey
Instructions
Step 1
Take milk and creamer out of fridge and add into a frothing cup (or normal cup). (FROTHING MILK IS OPTIONAL) Using a milk frother, froth your milk until desired consistency (1-2 minutes).
Step 2
Take a 16 oz cup (or cup of your choice) and drizzle caramel syrup along the inner sides.
Add your ice into cup.
Step 3
Prepare double-shot of espresso:
With espresso machine: add honey to the bottom of your espresso cup and then prepare a normal double shot the same way you normally would. Mix in honey until combined.
Without espresso machine: prepare an instant shot of espresso (2x) according to packaging. With a double-shot it should come out to around 1/4 a cup of espresso. Once shot is made, add honey and mix it in until combined.
Step 4
Add espresso (as soon as possible) into your cup, over your ice (espresso shot may turn bitter if left to sit for too long).
Add milk and creamer mixture over espresso and drizzle more caramel syrup over-top (optional).
Step 5
I then love to add my favorite glass straws!
