Step 1: Prep & Cream Butter
- Preheat oven to 350°F convection.
- In a bowl (or stand mixer with paddle attachment), beat room-temperature butter with granulated sugar for 1–2 minutes, until the mixture turns an off-white color.
Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients & Mix-ins
- Fold in all-purpose flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Next, gently fold in crushed pretzels, sprinkles, and M&M’s until evenly distributed.
Step 4: Spread in Pan
- Press the cookie dough evenly into an 8×8” square pan.
Step 5: Bake
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, then let the bars cool completely before cutting into 3×3 squares (for 9 bars, like pictured).
Step 6: Enjoy & Store
- Eat fresh, or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 8 days.
