Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Ice-cream

Ingredients
 
 

Ice-cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Oreo cheesecake cookie

Method
 

Step 1: Combine ingredients
  1. Pour heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into a jar.
Step 2: Whip
  1. Shake the jar vigorously for 2–3 minutes, or until the mixture has doubled in size and is light and fluffy.
Step 3: Add cookie
  1. Crumble one Oreo cheesecake cookie into the whipped mixture and gently shake the jar again, or fold in with a spatula until evenly distributed.
Step 4: Freeze
  1. Place the jar in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Step 5: Enjoy
  1. Scoop and enjoy immediately, or store in the freezer for up to two weeks.
