Step 1: Combine ingredients
- Pour heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into a jar.
Step 2: Whip
- Shake the jar vigorously for 2–3 minutes, or until the mixture has doubled in size and is light and fluffy.
Step 3: Add cookie
- Crumble one Oreo cheesecake cookie into the whipped mixture and gently shake the jar again, or fold in with a spatula until evenly distributed.
Step 4: Freeze
- Place the jar in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Step 5: Enjoy
