Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 banana medium sized
  • 1 cup milk (or protein powder + water)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey/date syrup)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 shots espresso

Method
 

Step 1: Add the Banana & Milk
  1. Add 1 banana and 1 cup milk to a blender.
  2. Starting with the liquid first helps everything blend extra smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Add the Peanut Butter & Cinnamon
  1. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tsp cinnamon.
  2. The peanut butter makes it rich and creamy, while the cinnamon adds the perfect cozy sweetness.
Step 3: Pour in the Espresso
  1. Add 2 shots of espresso.
  2. This gives the drink a smooth coffee flavor and the perfect little energy boost.
Step 4: Sweeten It
  1. Add 1 tbsp maple syrup.
  2. You can always adjust the sweetness depending on how ripe your banana is.
Step 5: Blend Until Smooth
  1. Blend everything together for 20–30 seconds until creamy and fully combined.
  2. Make sure the banana and peanut butter are completely smooth with no chunks left behind.
Step 6: Taste & Customize
  1. Give it a quick taste and adjust if needed.
  2. Add more cinnamon, extra maple syrup for sweetness, or more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
Step 7: Serve & Enjoy
  1. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
  2. Serve over ice for a refreshing drink or top with a sprinkle of cinnamon for the perfect finishing touch.
