Dark Chocolate Overnight Oats

3-4 servings
Measurements:
1 & 1/2 cup almond milk
pinch of salt
1 & 1/2 cup rolled oats
6 pitted dates
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

336 grams almond milk
pinch of salt
135 grams rolled oats
42 grams pitted dates
15 grams cocoa powder
4 grams vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor blend almond milk, pitted dates, cocoa powder, pinch of salt, and vanilla extract, until there are no date chunks.
Step 2
Pour oats into individual containers (for 3-4 days of meal prep) or one big container.
Step 3
Pour and equal amount (or all if using one container) of date-sweetened milk mixture over the oats.
Step 4
Mix until evenly combined and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours (preferably overnight). Then enjoy fresh or keep in refrigerator for up to 10 days!
