Dark Chocolate Overnight Oats

Mush Copycat Overnight Oats

  • 3-4 servings

Measurements:

  • 1 & 1/2 cup almond milk

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 & 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 6 pitted dates

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Measurements in Grams:

  • 336 grams almond milk

  • pinch of salt

  • 135 grams rolled oats

  • 42 grams pitted dates

  • 15 grams cocoa powder

  • 4 grams vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

Step 1

  • In a food processor blend almond milk, pitted dates, cocoa powder, pinch of salt, and vanilla extract, until there are no date chunks.

Step 2

  • Pour oats into individual containers (for 3-4 days of meal prep) or one big container.

Step 3

  • Pour and equal amount (or all if using one container) of date-sweetened milk mixture over the oats.

Step 4

  • Mix until evenly combined and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours (preferably overnight). Then enjoy fresh or keep in refrigerator for up to 10 days!
